About 3 or 4 years back, I started reducing my (cow’s) milk intake as it made me queasy and nauseous. Ever since, I was constantly on the lookout for almond milk that’s delicious, healthy and nutritious. Initially, every brand I tried had high contents of sugar, preservatives and artificial flavourants, which made the milk unhealthy. For a short period, I just stopped having all forms for milk (until I discovered The Almond Creamery). At the beginning of last year, I visited one of my favourite cafe in the southern suburbs, Four and Twenty, decided to order the Almond Creamery’s milk (in the chocolate flavour), and I have not looked back. It’s THE best almond milk in South Africa!
