Just over 3 weeks ago, my sister and I were spoilt to a 4 course tasting menu at Terroir restaurant on Kleine Zalze estate. We were seated inside the relaxed restaurant, close to a fireplace with the most beautiful view of the estate. Upon arrival we were treated to an elegant glass of Kleine Zalze 2011 vintage brut.
