HQ RESTAURANT & ERNIE ELS TEAM UP FOR FINE WINING
The last Wednesday of the month can mean only one thing – another edition of HQ’s popular FINE WINING event. On the 26th of August, HQ will be teaming up with Ernie Els to give food (and wine) lovers a reason to leave the house. Diners can expect a delicious 3 course meal paired with top wines from the Stellenbosch farm. HQ’s effortlessly sophisticated setting is the perfect environment to enjoy a cosy dinner with loved ones, friends or family.

Diners will be eased into the evening with a fragrant and tasty cocktail and an aperitif. After this, they will enjoy HQ’s iconic 3-course meal, artfully paired with Ernie Els Wines. The menu caters to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian individuals, and includes the following:
Sirloin Carpaccio Roulette with cucumber and an Asian dressing, paired with The Big Breezy – a cucumber, elderflower and Ernie Els Rose cocktail.
Cos and iceberg salad with toasted pine nuts, parmesan shavings and Dijon mustard dressing, paired with Big Easy Chenin Blanc.
250g sirloin steak cooked to perfection and served with Café de Paris butter sauce and skinny fries, paired with Big Easy Red.
Duxelle stuffed Portobello mushrooms topped with parmesan cheese and baked.
Berry Panna Cotta on red velvet sheet cake and a black pepper, berry and Syrah coulis served alongside dark chocolate and sea salt truffles, paired with Proprietors Syrah.
