Revlon Matte Balm
Hello lovelies! It is the start of a new season, Autumn. I love Autumn and Winter, it is my two favourite seasons of the year. One of the first signs of the seasons changing is my lips, which tend to become dry. I am always on the lookout for lip products that are rich in moisture whilst providing great colour. Let me tell you about my experience with Revlon Matte Balm.
These matte balms are the BOMB! It has a rich creamy texture which comes in a range of colours. I have been using it for more than 2 months and I am very happy with them.
I purchased the following Revlon Matte Balms from DisChem:
The shape of the Revlon Matte balm is similar to a chubby stick, this makes for an easy and no-mess application. The best part is you don’t need a lip liner and it so easy to apply. I hardly use a mirror when applying it because of the distinct shape of the balm.
The texture of the Revlon Matte Balm is rich and creamy, yet it feels light on your lips. Instantly, it moisturises your lips, giving it a balm-like feel. I love the tones of colour; there is a bold or not-so-bold colour for every skin type. This means that I can get colour and moisture in one. They are available in 10 different shades and my favourite shade is “shameless – 215”.
Rich, velvety matte colour. Here I am wearing the shade shameless (215).
Elusive (205) and Passionate (260).
These lip balms last for about 3-4 hours (if are you not eating or drinking). Once you start eating or drinking, it tends to wear off fast. I prefer the Matte Balm as my lips are fuller. They are quite affordable, retailing for approximately R135.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Revlon Matte balm. Have you tried Revlon’s Matte balm?
